The advanced administer.
In Japan, many staffs work in a large office either in corporations or in government branches.  There isn't any mudguard between two persons. So it is high efficiency.

Re:I'm sure you have impatient temper!(回复天空不再蓝)
hi, happy Fool's day.

yes, you are right. I am the one like that. If I have some jobs, I always treat me as earlier and quick as I can. After that, I prefer to do some other things of my own, for example reading. But in my work, usually the ones who are in front of me don't do the things on time, so I can not do my job. Many things here, need to be done step by step by different people. But hardly someone take on the responsibility.

Today, I experinced the same cases.

I think I need to adjust my attitude and control my temper. Just wait, wait, wait, no need to do my job so quick and no need to do in a hurry.

I'm sure you have impatient temper!
Hehe, perhaps you are eager to have a perfect result, but not everything goes well as you have thought. Step by step, the work will be finished on time.
I think when you are working, the others can not finish the work as your expection. This will affect the next work. Just do what you should do, work is  not the role of your life.
Happy fool's day!

Congratulations. Really it is very good to get a driving license. One of my net friend who is from Taiwan happened to say, "it is a extreamly feelings when drive a car. it always runs according to your orders. in life, it is impossible for you to drive someone to obey your orders. But a car is your loyal servant forever.
Learning English and improve English a lot, it is still a big problem what I face. Just work hard. I have joined an English Class.
I am sure we can learn from each other and encourage each other.

あなたはとなたてすか?
はたしはhummingてす.

I learnt Japanese for two months about 17 years ago. At that time, I could read all the letters and had memorised some words. I could read some simple articles. Now I have forgotten all of them.

Mona Lisa's smile is always so attrative and so charming. Seems magic power was filled into it.

I went to the English class yesterday evening, it is not very easy, I should work hard.

Re:Take part in an English class?(回复天空不再蓝)
The teachers in that school are native speaker. I think I can improve my English there. And also I have a chance to meet and make friends who are interested in English so that we will communicate each other and make progress together.

Why don't you desribe something in Japeness occasionally? Here, in diary465, when you are gonna share your thoughts with friends, you can write in Chinese. And I think you can use Japanses occasionally or regularly. Writing is a way to practice your language.

Take part in an English class?
If you are free on weekend ,it must be a good idea. Perhaps you will find the teacher can not teach you more ,but you can make several friends there who have the same purpose with you.
Today I have gone to a Japanese family. An old couples have invited us to their house, they are very kind and  interesting in Chinese culture. We have spent a whole afternoon with happiness there.

I have added you in my msn messenger. If there is any chance , we can chat there.

I like to read novels.
But I can not read because I must study Japanese everyday and there isn't Chinese books beside. I must read many papers everyday, all these are printed in English. It's regret not to study liberal arts.

Re:keep patient!--thanks(回复四十不惑)
Hi, brother

thank you for your words. Really I am so upset and depressed these days. I will try to adjust myself and be patient. Even though you said you are not a successful father, you are still a nice father. Just because your regret of unsuccessful experiences on guiding your daughter,I do not wanna be an unsuccessful mother.

By the way, my major was internal combustion engine in my school days. Some of my classmates have done great jobs in that field. But I did not do the designing job in that field, now I have forgot all the science about that. I am a sales engineer in a machine building company now. These machines are not not those machines, in fact, I hope this field will be banned someday.

All my best wishes to you.
